The September meeting of the Blue Ridge Chapter of the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents Was held at Famous Anthony's in Roanoke, VA. The meeting was called to order at 12:00pm by Gail Abbott. BUSINESS: Approval was needed for previous minutes a motion was made to accept motion made and second approved unanimously. NEW BUSINESS: Discussion on future education. Financial report was given. Motion was made to reimburse Charles for the web site payment. Motion passed. Our next meeting is scheduled for October 19 at Famous Anthony's Williamson Road Roanoke, VA. EDUCATION: There was no education but was discussed issues about the coming tax season and some of the changes that are expected to be made. Discussed the impact of student loan forgiveness.
