The August meeting of the Blue Ridge Chapter of the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents was held at Famous Anthony's in Roanoke, Va. The meeting was called to order at 12:00 p.m. by Michael Harrison. Business: Approval was needed for prior minutes (December 2018 – July 2019). Charles made the motion to approve and seconded by Benny Montgomery. Motion made and approved. Education report was given by Gail Abbott. Still in need of presenter for December and January. Treasurer report given by Gunther Greimel. The educational portion of the meeting was on the Doubt of Liability and Offer in Compromise and began at 12:16 and was presented by Jessica Smith with the program completed at 1:15. 1 hour of CPE will be awarded to attendants. The September 18, 2019 meeting of the Blue Ridge Chapter of the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents was held at Famous Anthony's in Roanoke VA. The meeting was called to order at12:00 Noon by David Tanner. Treasurer's report was given by Gunther Greimel. Motion was made to approve the August minutes, approved. The cost and maintenance of the BRCEA website was approved. The education portion of the meeting began at 12:17 PM with Brandon Groseclose presenting a program on Trust Fund Penalty Basics and Techniques ending at 1:15 PM. The October meeting will be held at Famous Anthony's Roanoke with Knox Wimberly presenting. The topic to be determined. Meeting adjourned at 1:30 PM. Rebecca Donehew Secretary

The October meeting of the Blue Ridge Chapter of the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents was held at Famous Anthony's in Roanoke, VA. The meeting was called to order at 12:00pm by David Tanner. Business: Approval of previous minutes. Motion was made and approved unanimously. The next meeting will be held December 18th at Famous Anthony's Roanoke, VA. Announcements made for the upcoming education events. Treasurer report given by Gunther Greimel. The educational portion began at 12:20 and was presented by Knox Wimberly on updates to Section 199A and for TY19, Program concluded at 1:20. 1 hour of CPE will be awarded. Rebecca Donehew Secretary
